Bonika shears are guaranteed for life against defects in material, workmanship or function. It does not cover sharpening or damage from misuse. We have warranty center worldwide. Contact your dealer first to find a service center. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless the issue is our error.
Oil, adjust and clean your shears regularly. Store them properly and have them sharpened one or twice a year as needed. You may choose your own sharpener, but we are not responsible for improper sharpening by others.
