Shipping policy

Our Shipping Policy:

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on the contents of the order. Your shipping costs and options are presented during the checkout process.

Our Standard Shipping is Ground Service. If you need your items more quickly, we offer additional expedited options.  All shipping charges are based on your location and the shipping weight of the order and are calculated during the checkout process. 
We don't expect it will, but if your order arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and let the driver know the order is damaged. Then contact us to arrange for a replacement order.

Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally we may have to backorder an item that is on your order. We will automatically ship the item to you as soon as we receive it. When an order is placed we authorize the total amount of the order.
