Priority Mail-In Service
To use this service, we recommend using the USPS Priority mail service, as it comes with $100 insurance coverage by default. However, you can send us your package by any service you choose.
To send a package to us, follow the steps below and complete a Service request form. Please print a copy of the completed service request form for your own records, also.
Steps for Mail-In Sharpening Service

Step 1:
Service Request FormFill out and print the Sharpening Request form. Print a copy for your own records, if you so desire. A copy is emailed to us when the form is completed and submitted, but we also need a printed copy included in the box, in case we do not receive an emailed copy.

Step 2:
Place items to be sharpened in a well packed box. If you close the box and shake it, the items inside should not be moving around. DO NOT use an envelope to ship your items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping to us.

Step 3:
Place a printed copy of the service request form inside the box.

Step 4:
Ship the box to us at the following address:

Please note, this is a mail service address and not a storefront. This mail service will not accept any drop offs in person.

Step 5:
Once we have received your package and sharpened the items, we will contact you, as designation on the Service Request form , for payment.
- If we have any questions on your items, before we sharpen them, we will contact you.
- We guarantee and 2-3 business day turn around time to get your items shipped back to you.
- We cover the cost of the return shipment to you.
